LLUHE PDF

Privacy and Cookie Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

This policy explains, in plain language and without legalese, what data LUHE PDF collects, why it collects it, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

LUHE PDF is operated by Flavio Diogo. For any question, request or complaint about your data, write to flavio.sjs94@gmail.com — we reply from that same address.

The files you upload

Every file is processed in an isolated temporary folder and deleted from the server as soon as the task finishes. We do not read, index, sell, or use your documents to train artificial intelligence models. The contents of your files are never sent to third parties.

Your account data

If you create an account, we store your email and your name — plus phone and address if you choose to fill them in. This data is used only to maintain your access, send confirmations and provide support. Your password is stored encrypted and cannot be read by anyone, including us.

Cookies

We use two kinds. The session cookie (luhepdf_session) is essential: without it there is no way to keep you signed in. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and similar) measure, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they use — that is what shows us what needs improving. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, you will just have to sign in again on each visit. We also use the IP address of whoever accesses the site, only at the moment of the operation, to know which country it came from — the IP itself is not stored, only the country.

Third-party services

Some data passes through companies that provide services to us: Google Analytics (traffic measurement — receives browsing data, never your files), Resend (sending confirmation and password-reset emails — receives your email address) and, when you pay, Mercado Pago or Stripe (payment processing — card details go straight to them and never pass through our servers).

Your rights

You can view and correct your data at any time on the Account page. To delete your account or request a copy of everything we hold about you, write to flavio.sjs94@gmail.com — we handle these requests free of charge, and deletion permanently removes your data from our database.
